Terms of Service.

Effective date: November 8, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Deeplm Inc (“DeepLM,” “we,” “us”). They cover deeplm.ai, your DeepLM account, DeepLM Ops, and our cloud features (“DeepLM”). By using DeepLM, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use DeepLM.

Early access

DeepLM is in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed, and we may stop offering any part of DeepLM.

DeepLM Ops is free during early access. If we charge for any feature, including premium templates, we will show the price before you pay.

Who can use DeepLM

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you may use DeepLM only with permission from a parent, guardian, or your educational institution. If you use DeepLM for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

Your account

You need a DeepLM account to use cloud features. You sign in with Google or with a sign-in link sent to your email.

  • Give us accurate information, and keep your Google account and email secure.
  • Don’t share your account or sign-in links. A sign-in link works like a password.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at hello@deeplm.ai if you think someone else has used it.

Cloud features

Signing in unlocks cloud features: web search, cloud models for harder questions, premium learning templates, and challenges. These features send your requests through our servers to third-party providers, as our Privacy Policy describes.

We may set usage limits on cloud features and change them over time. Don’t try to get around them.

Challenges

Your submissions must be your own work, unless the challenge allows otherwise.

Your license

Subject to these terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use DeepLM Ops and to use our templates for your own learning. Don’t resell or redistribute premium templates.

Our open-source tools are covered by the license in each repository. If a repository’s license conflicts with these terms, that license controls for that software.

Your content

You keep ownership of the questions, code, and submissions you create (“your content”). You give us permission to process your content as needed to run DeepLM, keep it secure, and meet legal obligations.

Third-party software and services

DeepLM relies on third parties, including Google, TypeSafe, OpenRouter, AI model providers, Serper, Docker, llama.cpp, Hugging Face, and GitHub. Each has its own terms and licenses, and you are responsible for following them. We are not responsible for third-party software or services.

Read-only to begin with

DeepLM Ops is read-only to begin with: its current tools read information and do not change your systems. Later features may submit jobs, run workloads, or provision compute. We will describe those features before you use them, and you choose whether to use them.

AI output

DeepLM uses AI models, and their answers can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Check important answers yourself, especially before you run a command, spend money, or rely on an answer for coursework or research. You are responsible for what you do with DeepLM’s output.

Cloud providers and costs

When cloud GPU connectors become available, you may connect a third-party GPU provider such as Microsoft Azure. Your relationship with that provider is governed by its terms. You are responsible for all charges on your provider account, including compute you forget to stop. Any cost estimate we show is an estimate, not a quote. Set your own spending limits with your provider.

Acceptable use

Do not use DeepLM to:

  • Break the law or violate anyone’s rights
  • Create or share content that sexualizes minors
  • Build malware, or access systems or data without authorization
  • Harass, threaten, or deceive people
  • Send spam, or automate access to get around usage limits
  • Resell or share access to our cloud features
  • Harm, disrupt, or probe DeepLM or anyone else’s systems
  • Reverse engineer DeepLM, except where the law or an open-source license allows it

Our automated systems check cloud requests for spam, fraud, and abuse. We may review flagged requests, and we report illegal content to authorities when the law requires it.

Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or payment to you.

Our property

Except for open-source components, third-party materials, and your content, DeepLM owns DeepLM and its website, templates, branding, and content. These terms do not give you rights to our name or logos.

Colleges, institutes, and other organizations

If your organization has a separate written agreement with DeepLM, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

Disclaimers

DeepLM is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that DeepLM will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any model will run on your hardware.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DeepLM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or cloud charges. Our total liability for any claim related to DeepLM is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold DeepLM harmless from claims that arise from your misuse of DeepLM or your violation of these terms, to the extent the law allows.

Suspending or ending access

You may stop using DeepLM and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access, including your account, if you violate these terms or if we need to protect DeepLM, our users, or others. The sections on your content, feedback, our property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law continue after your access ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in San Mateo County, California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We will post updates on this page and change the effective date. If a change is material, we will give you clear notice. If you keep using DeepLM after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
